Put some ramekin oil and blend 20g steel-cut oats, 1 tablespoonful of heating powder, 60ml skimmed drain, 1 egg white, 3 tablespoonfuls of fruit purée, and ¼ tablespoonful of cinnamon. Heat the blend for 6 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.

When prepared, top it with half tablespoonful of cinnamon, 2 tablespoonfuls of cleaved pecans, 125g hacked apple, and 1 tablespoonful of nectar. Multiple times more fiber can be found in steel-cut oats than their normal adaptations.
